Babes on a Blanket
(0-12 months)
Wednesdays: Oct. 1, 8, 15, 22, 29; Nov. 5, 12, 19
9:30-10:15 a.m.

A lifelong love of reading starts here, on the floor. Come share board books, toys, and rhymes with your baby—snacks and coffee on us! Play together and discover all the Library can offer you in the coming years. No registration required.

Wiggle Ones
(12-24 months--walkers)
Wednesdays: Oct. 1, 8, 15, 22, 29; Nov. 5, 12, 19
10:30-11:00 a.m.

Waddle around to nursery rhymes, fingerplays, music, and a simple story. Registration is required beginning Sept. 2nd.

Wee People
(24-36 months)
Tuesdays: Sept. 30; Oct. 7, 14, 21, 28; Nov. 4, 11, 18
9:30-10:00 a.m.

Blast in for a tale or two, a craft to take, a fingerplay or song to sweeten your day. Pause to marvel at our fabulous picture books and your beautiful little ones. (Be sure to take ‘em both home!) Registration is required beginning Sept. 2nd.

3 to 5 Beehive
(3-5 year olds)
Thursdays: Oct. 2, 9, 16, 23, 30; Nov. 6, 13, 20

Drop-in Storytime is waiting just for you! Buzz on in, share some weekly theme-based stories on the rug and take home a related craft. Stay and peruse our collection for other gems. No registration required.

Become a part of Pequot’s new Young Adult volunteer program, complete with team-designed logo, t-shirts, dogtags and other tools of the trade. Work with your peers to implement your own ideas and ours: be involved in future programming and the Book Sale, read to and entertain children, teach computer skills to seniors, keep our collection in order. Fulfill community service hours while having fun and starting something new!
